Countywide Services
In collaboration with the Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC), the Holmen Area Community Center is one of eight sites for the La Crosse County Senior Nutrition Program. This Program is available to seniors 60+ years of age and their spouses, regardless of age.
The purpose of the Senior Nutrition Program is to reduce hunger and food insecurity by promoting socialization, health and well-being among older adults.

Services:
1. Congregate Dining

Provides nutritious meals in a group setting, allowing for opportunities to socialize with others.

Meals are provided Monday – Friday at the eight dining sites (see brochure above).

2. Home-delivered Meals

Provided to individuals who are eligible and unable to attend one of the local congregate dining sites.
